SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing MelaMate. We are committed to delivering our architectural gear swiftly and safely to focused professionals worldwide.

1. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands using DHL Express or DHL Parcel. As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL Tracking Number to follow your delivery in real-time.

2. Delivery Times & Rates

We offer reliable shipping options depending on your location:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days.

  • Europe (EU): 2–5 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 5–9 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Processing Times

  • All orders placed before 22:00 (CET) on business days are packed and dispatched the next morning.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For EU Customers: All prices include VAT, and no additional customs duties apply.

  • For Non-EU Customers: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by DHL upon delivery.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase. MelaMate is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us by DHL as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
