To return your backpack, please email us at support@melamate.com with your order number, and we will send you a ready-to-use DHL return label.
Easy Returns:

2. We will issue and email you a prepaid DHL return label.
3. Pack your backpack, attach the label, and drop it off at any DHL ServicePoint.
