1. Submit your cancellation request
Fill in the short form below with your name, order number, and email address, then confirm. You'll get an automatic confirmation email. 

2. If your order hasn't shipped yet
That's it, nothing more to do. We'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. If you've already received your backpack
Send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it to the following address:

4. Receive your refund
Once we receive your backpack we'll refund you within 7 days, straight back to whichever payment method you originally used.

Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund, your backpack should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
