Melamate exclusively operates the official webshop www.melamate.com. Other websites offering Melamate products are independent resellers. If you notice our brand unrealistically low-priced elsewhere or suspect a website is fraudulent, please report it to backpack@melamate.com. Melamate is not responsible for orders placed through unofficial websites or unauthorized resellers.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the store include VAT. Transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). Payment is required to successfully complete an order. Melamate reserves the right to adjust prices, products, or promotional information at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to designated international markets. The delivery times listed below are indicative:

• Netherlands (Domestic): Free shipping (1-2 business days).
• Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Ireland: €7.20 shipping fee (1-2 business days).
• United Kingdom: €9.00 shipping fee (3-5 business days).
• Finland, Sweden, Denmark: €13.50 shipping fee (3-5 business days).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a track & trace link. While we work alongside reliable carriers, Melamate cannot be held liable for unforeseen transit delays or courier errors.

4. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, undamaged, completely clean, and inside their original packaging.

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is fully responsible for organizing their own return shipping and covering all associated postage costs. Melamate does not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days following the receipt and inspection of your returned package.

5. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our gear. Melamate offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.

• What is covered: Structural defects that impact the functionality of the bag, such as broken or non-closing zippers, loose stitching, or manufacturing flaws in the primary fabrics.
• What is not covered: Damage resulting from regular wear and tear, cosmetic stains, improper handling, overloading, accidental damage, or commercial misuse.

In the event of a suspected manufacturing defect, please email backpack@melamate.com with your original order number and clear photos illustrating the problem.

6. Liability

Melamate is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the incorrect or unintended use of our products. Our financial liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
